Seth Kretzer, known for his work in federal appellate litigation and habeas corpus proceedings, brings decades of experience in criminal defense and appellate advocacy. A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Kretzer previously clerked for both a United States District Court judge and a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit before practicing at Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright). He has argued more than thirty appeals before the Fifth Circuit and has handled high-profile federal litigation nationwide.
Ashley Arnett brings nearly two decades of experience in complex business disputes and tax controversy matters. Her practice includes commercial litigation, financial investigations, and regulatory disputes involving the Internal Revenue Service. Arnett has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country and has secured multimillion-dollar verdicts and judgments in business and fraud-related litigation.
